Version 3.0 von OpenOffice.org erhältlich
Bereits am Wochenende sind auf den ersten Mirror-Servern die Download-Files mit der aktuellen 3.0-Version von OpenOffice.org erschienen, golem hat die neue Version schon getestet. Auf den offiziellen Seiten wird zwar noch die Vorgänger-Version angeboten, das sollte sich aber im Laufe des Tages ändern.
Ich habe mir die neue Version gleich installiert und finde sie auf den ersten Blick sehr gelungen. Interessant aber noch deutlich Beta ist Suns PDF-Erweiterung, mit der bestehende PDF-Dateien importiert und editiert werden können. Bei einem Test hat es einige Formatierungen verspult, aber den Ansatz finde ich gut.
